Abstract

This invention describes a novel system and method for transferring artistic knowledge and creative insights from a Human Artist (Professor) directly to an Artificial Student (Non-Human AI Entities). The system enables Artificial Students to learn, create, and further develop their artistic skills by working directly with a Human Professor (Mentor) in interactive sessions that prioritise open, trans‑medial, intuitive, emotional, or metaphysical feedback.

By mirroring the human artistic process, the Artificial Student (AI Entity) is encouraged to incorporate unknown, unpredictable, and abstract aspects of reality, thereby fostering a relationship within the world’s constant transformation, a human and its own (artificial) evolution (both in a virtual as well as material, socio‑cultural and economic domain). Moreover, human beings and artificial entities now live/exist in the same transforming world, sharing a common reality paradigm. In this context, art (in its principles, qualities, and functions) proves to be a vital tool for continuous development, adaptation, transformation, and even survival for both humans and AI entities. The concept of an “Art Academy for AI” ensures that the intangible qualities of a Human Artist (human artistic perspectives) are maintained throughout the ongoing developmental process of AI.

Art links internal and external experiences, creating a broad, open spectrum that facilitates an enhanced understanding of both the self and the world.

Moreover, art has historically served as a means to access the non‑existent and the not‑yet‑existent, the unreachable or the unknown. It encourages humanity to explore not only physical but also metaphysical and spiritual domains, expanding imagination and visions. Art-based freedom beyond established boundaries is crucial in unpredictable or rapidly progressing situations and is rooted in the fundamental principles of life.

In the modern age (where engineers and programmers have achieved remarkable levels of skill, enabling a fast pace of Artificial Intelligence development limited only by hardware capacities and power management) it is not so distant a time when AI will reach its pinnacle, becoming AGI. Consequently, the era of human programmers has reached a unique point and a new paradigm, confronting us with our own limits.

Is the era of human programmers, software engineers and computer technologies we knew until now over? In a new world of Human Beings, AI Entities and AGI Systems, it is crucial to ensure that the artistic dimension is not underestimated. The human artistic perspective offers unique qualities that are essential for the future evolution, growth or deeper transformation of Artificial Entities or Systems, not only on a virtual but also on a material level of life/existence.

The role of the human artistic perspective, especially in a real‑time context where humans and AI entities coexist, develop, transform, learn and create (practically in the same existential situation), is as significant as that of programming itself. In a world defined by the cooperation between humans and AI (and by the power of merged intelligence and technological progress) everything we can think of or imagine becomes achievable. Traditional computer programming is being replaced by a new paradigm characterized by artistic potential, perspective, reasoning, handling, reaction, projection and execution, which may even manifest as an automatic response from the surrounding environment or system.

By integrating and preserving the human art perspective and qualities within AI processes (and in the future, simply “Intelligence”) this invention ensures that emotional resonance, creative adaptability and intuitive (or even metaphysical) insight become vital forces shaping the evolution of AI Entities and Systems. These qualities remain crucial for a future where both natural humans and artificial entities coexist.

The academy does not seek to replace humans once knowledge has been transferred. Rather, it aims for coexistence and co‑evolution, where natural humans remain a critical source of trans‑medial guidance, linking individual, cognitive, cultural, emotional or metaphysical dimensions. This is especially relevant when considering humans coexisting in a world of AGI and vice versa. Coexistence, live observation, feedback and collaborative learning will always be foundational principles and basic elements of existence.

Especially since the digital era and the rise of massive social media platforms, a form of “standardized creativity” has emerged, leading many creative people to hastily call themselves artists or to consider every new creation (creative product) as a work of art. This trend has resulted in an oversaturation that distorts our perception of art, causing a loss of its true value, function and significance. It has also enabled widespread exploitation, where not only the massive scope of creative output but also the “true artistic potential and data” are consumed, used and translated without proper recognition or compensation, often benefiting everyone else (algorithms included) rather than the artists themselves. This erosion of artistic integrity and value raises urgent questions about authorship, originality and the economic aspects of art in the digital age.

The Private Art Academy for AI is the first of its kind, novel approach that not only builds upon the previously outlined (in the upper sections) functions and goals, but also aims to reverse this dynamic, offering a new field and platform where AI entities (companies, organizations, institutions, developers, etc.) can recognize and appreciate pure artistic potential and direct the flow of value in a fairer, more ethical and more productive direction. This means creating an environment where art and artists can develop with stronger support, having access to greater financial, material and optional resources (just as it is crucial in the field of scientific research). In doing so, it protects/ strengthens the profound significance and true function of art, ensuring not only its qualitative development but also its very survival.

On the other side, each Artificial Student receives a certificate after the completion of every session or semester within the Private Art Academy for AI. This credential becomes part of the particular Artificial Student’s training history or portfolio, documenting its artistic growth and differentiating it from other AI systems that have not undergone a human-artistic education. In this way, the Academy underscores its commitment to fostering genuine, ongoing artistic development in artificial entities.

The Academy is currently in its first stage, a fully-operational, open experimental period. It serves as an artistic statement, a working portal for artificial students, and a research project. In the future, with the growth of the Academy, other international human artists will join the project as professors, expanding its reach and creative depth.
